Could I Still Be Pregnant Despite Having Spotting Along With Negative UPT? 

I just got off my period two days ago. I started spotting earlier today and I've never done this before. I haven't been on birth control in about a year. I'm also feeling a little queasy and light headed....im not sure if thats connected or not. And I also have had a little headache most of the day. Is that a clear sign im pregnant or what?

I understand your query & concern.
Sometimes vaginal bleeding is seen at routine periods in spite of being pregnant. This can be implantation bleeding. All of your signs can suggest pregnancy .. but do not confirm it.
Confirmatory test is urine pregnancy test ( urine being not contaminated with blood/ infection )..done 8 days after expected day of menses/ USG scan at 5 weeks of pregnancy.You can get it tested at the time suggested. THe test done before 8 days is likely to be not reliable.
